Our Future Workplace:

I don’t know about you but I have thoroughly enjoyed working from home. I have more flexibility in structuring my day, less stress, and more time with my family. With the vaccine rollout in full force, many entrepreneurs and business leaders are wondering what will be next. As I see it we will either have a mixed model, or a permanent switch to remote work. It’s unlikely that we will return to the classical 9 to 5 office life, with the exception of some industries of course. To make this switch successfully we have to keep in mind to:

1.Invite speakers to motivate the team

2.Have clear internal and external communication paths in place

3.Engage your team

4.Provide your team with good gear

Get Published Summit

From February 22-26, my friend Paul Brodie is bringing you presentations from over 25 industry experts (including me) who have found ways to build a thriving business by using their books.

Why I Wrote a Book, and you can too!

I will be launching my first book next month after working on it for the past 8 years. Many entrepreneurs I have been speaking and working with are exhausted, stressed, and anxious. They often look forward to an “event” that has to happen in order to be happy. I saw an opportunity to help other entrepreneurs and share my thoughts on balancing a successful career with happiness. I wanted to show leaders a better way to truly live in the present moment. My book centers around the following themes:

1.The 4 laws of happiness

2.Habit Hacking

3.Meditation

4.Growth Mindset

5.Living in the present

Trends: What you need to know!!

I have tried a lot of things during the COVID year: some worked amazingly well, while others failed. Here’s why:

I went away from my core business to follow trends like online courses and digital-only content. During that journey, I realized what my true core purpose was and how to achieve it. I help entrepreneurs 10x their business valuation with a hybrid model of virtual and in-person coaching!

I encourage entrepreneurs to be agile and open for change but the most important thing to keep in mind is to stick to your CORE PURPOSE and CORE VISION.
